Each item is made to order; processing will begin once the item has been received. Items normally take 3-5 business days to complete.
Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. The USPS estimates 2-3 business days for delivery of domestic orders. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of completion. Please make sure the address provided is the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the item is returned, no refunds will be granted for an incorrect address. Once the correct address is provided, the order will be mailed promptly and at the expense of the buyer.
Each item is made-to-order, and the process begins once an order is received. Therefore, all sales are FINAL. The shop does not offer refunds, changes or cancellations. If a customer has a problem with an order and it is the shop’s error, please contact the shop immediately and it will be remedied. Refunds will not be issued for slow mail, so please allow enough time for receipt of the item ordered. IMPORTANT: IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ITEMS ORDERED. There will be no refunds or exchanges because an item was not the size imagined.
